Shipping Policy

If you live in the UK, your order will ship from our warehouse in Manchester. Occasionally, our warehouse is shut down or we are so overwhelmed with orders that we can’t get a board shipped out by the next day. In those situations, it can take up to 2-3 business days to ship out. If it is going to be much longer than that, we’ll let you know. 

We do occasionally run out of boards but offer them for sale on backorder. When that happens, we will have a message on the product detail page (usually in bold red font right by the “Add to Cart” button) indicating that the board is in backorder status and setting an expectation of when we will receive that board back in stock. 

Unfortunately, once the order ships out, we cannot guarantee when it will arrive. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it's journey to you. Weather, service and other issues can cause delays in transit that are out of our control. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion - especially during Holiday shopping periods - to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Occasionally, packages will get damaged in shipping. If there is any damage to your product or you did not receive your shipment, please contact us within 10 days of the ship date of your order. Shipping carriers have a short time window to lodge a complaint, so if you do not contact us in a timely manner, we may not be to help solve your issue.
