Can I buy replacement clips?

Yes. The Plus and Pro use 2 large clips for two lines and 1 small clip for one line. The single-line board uses 1 small clip. The Replacement Bundle includes 2 large clips and 1 small clip.

Can I buy replacement tensioning dowels?

Yes. The SlackBoard Wood Dowel Kit includes replacement Roll and Lock dowels identical to the ones that come with a new SlackBoard.

Can I change my line color?

We don’t offer custom SlackBoard lines at this time. However, you can mix things up by purchasing different color lines.

Can I return part of a bundle?

Yes. You can return individual items from a bundle—you don’t need to return the entire bundle. Your refund will be based on the value of the item(s) being returned, minus any applicable return shipping costs.

Do accessories ship with my SlackBoard?

Yes! If you order accessories with your SlackBoard, they’ll ship together in the same box. Be sure to check the entire box when unpacking, as smaller accessories may be tucked underneath the board.

Do bundle items work with single-line and two-line boards?

The Stand, Pole and Trigger Ball work with both.

Do you sell bundles?

What is the SlackBoard Tensioning Strap?

If you need extra leverage when re-tensioning your line, the SlackBoard Tensioning Strap makes the job easier.

What's the difference between the 1" and 1.5" lines?

The main difference is how they feel underfoot. The 1" line provides a more traditional slackline experience with a narrower surface and more dynamic feel. The 1.5" line offers a little more surface area underfoot while still delivering the movement and challenge of slacklining.

Which accessories work with my SlackBoard?

The SlackBoard Stand, Pole, Marble Trainer and Trigger Ball work with single-line and two-line SlackBoards.

Will I need to replace my line?

Unlikely. SlackBoard lines are made to last the life of the board.
