I am recovering from a near death experience that greatly hindered my standing balance and tolerance. After many months and PT visits to work on my balance that was so bad, my knees and elbows display the results of falls. I purchased the Gibbon and use it every morning while I stand and read my Bible with a cup of coffee! It made me sore at first, especially in my feet muscles but now I am doing so well that my PT sessions have been discontinued. Pretty inventive and very useful product.
Love my slackboard- I have a standing desk and this is the perfect complement! I’m always moving, I already feel a big difference in my posture and balance- love it!
A practical way to keep the slack board easily available in a tidy elegant way. It is visible in our living room and allows the board to be used and put away after use without hassle.
Originally, I thought I would need to place a non-slip mat under the slack board as I have laminate flooring… nope, not necessary. The board has non-slip pads and it truly does not slide out of place when I “fall” off. I feel very safe being able to step off when I can not hold my balance, which is often but I am getting better (by the seconds) each day. I’m having fun balancing and getting a workout following the exercises shown on YouTube and on the Gibbon Balance app.
My gibbon board arrived quickly, it was all setup and perfect. I appreciate the quality because I plan to use it nearly everyday.
sorry for delay in review. Class reunion weekend over Labor day. I'm an avid upside down Bosu ball user. Liked the sunrise logo. Got on the two bands and was still for 15minutes. Vestibular Activation from Bosu. Will be on a single band soon. Box jumps and overs will be more productive. Less chance of a miss. Elders can learn to bounce when they fall, but your balance will save you first! Outstanding! Thank you very much. Will look into some of your programs. I'm 72.
The quality was excellent and I like the variety thos tool adds to fitness routines. Now I need to look at videos on various excercises into my routine.

Great addition to my standing workstation
I spend quite a bit of time standing at my computer, and the SlackBoard Plus has been a really nice addition to my setup. Instead of standing stationary for long periods, it keeps me moving and shifting my weight, and I feel like it gives my hips and lower back some welcome movement while I work.
It was easy to incorporate into my normal day, and so far I've found myself using it regularly rather than having to remind myself to get on it. It's actually enjoyable to stand and move on while working.
So far, so good. I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone who spends a lot of time at a standing desk and wants to add some natural movement to their day.

I have only been using it for a week, but at 63 I am loving it. Surprised myself by being able to balance much better than I thought, but in exploring the cards there are tons of challenges that are not easy for me but will push me to improve.
Super happy with the card deck. It makes it really easy to focus on balance or strength or flexibility. Never would have thought about using the board for a fraction of the things shown on the cards.
It's lightweight but sturdy, so nice for getting the board off the floor when you are done using it.
