Warranty Requests
All Products purchased from GIBBON UK and authorized resellers include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage that results from normal wear and tear incurred with product usage. Similarly, it does not cover damage caused by product misuse or abuse. If you have an issue with your GIBBON product, please contact us at info@gibbonshop.co.uk. Please include your order number (Example: G-XXXXX) in your email along with a brief description of the issue and photos of the problem, if possible.

Return Requests
We guarantee that you will love your GIBBON UK purchase. Items purchased directly from GIBBON UK can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less the cost of return shipping. We will provide a return label and customs documentation for your return. We do not accept returns of more than 14 days after confirmed delivery and all returns must be received by GIBBON UK within 14 days of your return authorization being issued. If you ordered your product from another retailer, that retailer’s return policy will apply. To initiate your return, please contact us at info@gibbonshop.co.uk. Please include your order number (Example: G-XXXXX) and return reason in your email; attach photos if possible.
