Balance Training

Yes! Through our partner Truemed, qualified customers can pay with HSA or FSA funds at checkout.

Balance training helps build core strength, stability, coordination, and body awareness, so you can move with more confidence in everyday life and perform better in the activities you love. It also challenges the small stabilizing muscles that support better movement, mobility, and reaction time. Whether you’re an athlete, a kid, or just want to stay active and steady, better balance benefits every body.

We’re confident you’ll love your GIBBON product. If it’s not the right fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.

Shopping for the holidays? We’ve extended our return window, so purchases made between October 15 and December 31, 2026 can be returned through January 31, 2027.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all products, which covers manufacturing defects or failure caused by normal use.

Weight limits vary by product. For SlackBoards, the SlackRack, and SlackYard, we recommend a maximum user weight of 400 lb (181 kg). For Slacklines, we recommend one person at a time, with a maximum user weight of 250 lb (113 kg).

For balance and core training at home, start with a SlackBoard. It’s compact, easy to use, and works indoors or outside.

Want the feel of slacklining without needing trees? Choose a SlackRack for a freestanding setup you can use indoors or outside, or a SlackYard for a backyard setup on grass.

Have two trees? Go with a classic SlackLine.

GIBBON is for all ages and ability levels, from kids and first-timers to athletes and older adults. If you’re new to balance training or want more stability, the SlackBoard Plus is a great place to start.
